I think I'm well right/left brain balanced, but I have to agree that it's skewed to the left. What else is new? I'm skewed to the left about everything anyway!

i'm 40% left brained, and 60% right brained, according to this test. the test reminds me of all the "what gender is your brain" tests so popular in the trans/gay circles. totally based on gender stereotypes, all the trans women, who are well schooled in what gender stereotype fits which gender, always score well-skewed toward "female". because goddess forbid that any of us have "male" brains.
frankly, i don't believe in "male" and "female" brain types, anymore than i believe in "left" and "right" brain types. we're all individuals, and these tests have little worth, except to spark debate on blogs :)
like the so-called "brain-gender" tests, the left-right brain test questions pose and "either-or" scenarios, which simply can't reflect real life. as one example, i tend to think in words *and* pictures. so in order to skew my result toward "right-brained"-ness, i chose "words". or, when i have a lot to do, i tend to avoid the tasks altogether, as opposed to doing either the hard or easy ones first. and finally, when i talk, i tend to *both* choose my words carefully *and* use my hands.
maybe i'm "center-brained"...
I am 30% left brained and 70% right. I am amazed at how non-balanced I am.
